ROJI and COVID-19
Roji Salon has implemented several measures including extra cleaning to help safeguard
our clients and team against the spread of COVID-19. As such we ask that you please follow the directions of
our staff when in the salon and observe the following...
To limit contact:
- Roji Salon and team members will not be providing the
pre-service massage. A massage will still be given at the time of a shampoo.
- We will be washing capes and towels after each use.
including towels in the basin room which will still be one time use and laundered daily.
- We are trying to go as cashless as possible at the moment.
We ask when possible to pay via card.
- We will still be serving refreshments, but will be using
one use biodegradable cups
- Food and beverages can still be purchased from Monster Bar and
Kitchen and consumed in the salon.
- Please arrive for your appointment unaccompanied. We ask
that no extra people or children (excluding babies in prams but please notify us when booking) are brought to
your appointment time. We must adhere to a strict numbers capacity and schedule our books
accordingly.
Arriving at the salon:
- We ask that all clients are on time for their appointment
as we have had to change the way we are servicing as well as the way we approach appointment
scheduling.
- When you arrive at the salon please read and follow all
signage.
- Before your appointment we ask you to sanitize your hands
at the provided station using our new freestanding dispensing machine.
- Please wait to be brought through to a chair by one of our
team members or your stylist.
- There is hand sanitiser at each of the stations for
use.
- Roji Salon has limited masks available for patron use, if
you are wanting to wear one and would feel more comfortable please ask a staff member for one however we do
recommend our guests to bring their own.
Booking an appointment:
- Please do not book or attend an appointment if you are
unwell.
- Please do not attend or book an appointment if you have
been in VIC within 21 days of your appointment.
- Please do not attend or book an appointment if you have
been to greater Sydney/NSW within 21 days of your appointment.
- Any client who is suffering from cold or flu symptoms is
not to attend the salon and is to be rebooked after a 2 week waiting period.
- We understand that from time to time appointments need to
be rescheduled and we completely respect this, as always we ask for 24hrs notice for cancellations and
rescheduling. Our cancellation policy still applies to bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours
notice.
- Please note if you don’t attend an appointment and you
confirmed or cancelled last minute simply because you can no longer make it, you will incur the usual 50%
cancelation fee with no future booking able to be booked without this fee paid for at time of cancelation.
Please respect the time of our team members and the salon.
- If you are unwell and need to cancel under the 24hours
cancelation policy we completely understand and no fee will be charged. If cancelling due to illness, we
will be unable to rebook for a period of 14 days.
When to book:
- Our salon is cleaned daily by our team, and is fully
cleaned at sanitised on Monday before the following week commences.
- If you are health or immunocompromised and would like to be
in the salon during the quietest time we recommend visiting us first thing in the morning. Tuesday morning
appointments are the first after our deep clean each week which is carried out on a Monday.
- Wednesdays, Thursday afternoons and Saturdays are
our busiest times within the salon, you may choose to avoid these times.
